What does National refunds do?

National Refunds reviews customers' utility costs and assists corporate customers in securing refunds and retrieving lost profits for their organization.  We also assist with identifying beneficial opportunities for prospective utility rate reductions; energy incentive programs and procurement opportunities.

How long does it take to get started?

Once we have a completed agreement, Letter of Authorization and Customer Survey, we will begin our search.  We will notify you within 60 days whether you are entitled to any refunds. 

How long does it take before I see results?

Thereafter, it should take between 120 – 180 days to receive your refunds.

Will it interfere with our day to day operations?

Once the paperwork and necessary information is received, there is very little time or effort required from members of your company.  We rely on your internal reporting system.  Our process is not intrusive so that the majority of our work, including all of our analysis, is performed in our offices.

What is the fee for these services?

Our fee is based strictly on performance.  Our performance based compensation is based strictly on results.  We do not get paid unless you see results.
